SOUNDS OF DISPLACEMENT/ GÖÇ

January 24, 2026, 7:30pm , Symphony Space, New York City, 7:30pm

Quickly establishing itself as a cultural ambassador of Türkiye in the United States, the orchestra continues its tradition of bringing western classical, Turkish classical, and beloved popular songs into one shared space. Displacement is never only a physical journey. It is cultures carried forward, memories reshaped, and voices finding new space. Tonight’s program honors those paths while celebrating the soundscape of a global Turkish diaspora.
